This class will focus on the basic syllabus, self-defense, and own belt Poomsae. In the physical part, students will gain flexibility, good staminal, and coordination of the body. Moreover, the attitude of students is the most important component because taekwondo is a martial art. To build a strong body, also built the mental at the same time. Discipline, respect, responsibility, and insistence are the values that students can learn in this class.
