Kyorugi Class

Sparring is a form of training common to many combat sports. It is essentially relatively ‘free-form’ fighting with enough rules, customs, or agreements to minimize injuries. Taekwondo is a martial artist and sparring is one of the ways that allow player presents their taekwondo knowledge and skill. In this sparring, the element that we focus on is the skill of kicking, agility, staminal, and spot reaction in flighting. This class is suitable for students who show good coordination and hard-working, aim to help athletes to develop their kicking skills, ability to do quick reactions in competition based on the fighting situation, and mental development.
